-
When will my order arrive?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed by our shipping department.
Domestic: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with transit time between 2-5 days depending on your distance from our Ohio warehouse. Expedited orders will be subject to the processing time, with transit time of 1-2 days depending on the option selected.
Canada: To keep our cost low, we use a freight forward who picks up from our warehouse 1-2 times a week. Once you receive the tracking info in your email, tracking will be available in 7 to 10 days on http://frontierscs.com/tracking. Delivery time to Canada is generally 2 - 3 weeks
International: All orders are sent with duties unpaid and the transit time can range from 5 to 90 days depending on your location. We will provide a USPS tracking number, however, once the package leaves the United States, the tracking is generally not updated again until the USPS receives information from the postal service of the country of the final destination. This means your tracking number may show the last US location for a period of time if the receiving country has not sent updated info to the USPS. Most of the time any delays come from items awaiting customs clearance, you may need to contact your country's local customs department for more info.

SETUP AND USAGE
-
How long to charge and how to maintain the battery?
16 hours on the first charge and typically 8-10 hours from there. Since it is a Li-ion battery, never let the battery go to zero, and charge periodically even if not used. Li-ion batteries, if well maintained are good for 4-5 years before degrading.
-
How much water to add?
Typically half-way full of warm water such that the water is around or above your ankle when your feet are added.
-
Do the carbon rubber pads need replaced?
Typically no.
-
How often should I use the NerveSpa?
The NerveSpa is built upon a hybrid technology of Micro-Current and Galvanic. These two modalities work in an aggregate capacity, meaning each additional therapy session builds upon the last one. Thus, the Nerve Spa should be used consistently for the first 60-90 days to see targeted results. Once per day for 5-6 days per week. After 90-days therapy can be paired back to more have a maintenance schedule or as needed.
- What do the modes do?
If you own the classic, there are two modes A and B
- A mode is micro/TENS – and provides pain relief and therapeutic results
- B mode is Micro/Galvanic – and provides therapeutic results
If you own the Pro, there are three modes A, B and C
- A mode is micro/TENS – and provides pain relief and therapeutic results
- B and C mode is Micro/Galvanic – and provides therapeutic results
* Our program is designed to "auto-run" from program A, to B or A-C (if you have the pro) – and then shutoff when the 30 minute session is complete. There is no need to jump programs unless you do not have any symptomatic pain that you are trying to address.
If you are not trying to treat immediate symptomatic relief of pain and would prefer a greater therapeutic outcome in the 60-90 day treatment window, then you can skip program A and spend 30 minute sessions within the therapeutic realm of treatment, and jump to B and C and spend 30 minutes on just those two modes.
- Other important tips:
- The carbon rubber pads need submerged in the water, but do not need to be touch the foot.
- If the stimulation is weak, make sure at least a tablespoon of Epsom
- Alternate the pads from left to right bay from session to session. This way the active pad will treat each foot equally.
Light Therapy
- Which light therapy device should I purchase?
If you are on a limited budget we recommend our LED therapy wrap. The surface coverage is ideal for treating the whole foot. While the laser is more effective for chronic and intense pain, the LED wrap will enable you to treat a broader area. If you have a pain in a specific spot, or for example, knee or back pain, then the laser is better barnone.
- Can I use two LED therapy wraps at the same time?
Yes! We have designed our therapy wrap to accommodate a link cable so that you can treat both feet at the same time without having to plug into another outlet.
Insurance
- Will my insurance cover the NerveSpa?
Some insurance will cover TENS devices. You will need to check with your health care professional and/or your insurance provider to see if it is covered.
- What is the HCPCS code for the NerveSpa?
The billing code (HCPCS code) is E0720
