Red & Infrared Light Therapy for Pain Relief, Circulation, Tissue Warming, and Muscle Relaxation
The NerveBeam LED Light Therapy Wrap is a high-powered red light and infrared light therapy device designed to elevate tissue temperature, temporarily relieve minor muscle and joint pain, and temporarily improve local blood circulation across a broad treatment area.
Red light at 660 nm is positioned for surface-level tissue exposure, while infrared light at 830 nm and 850 nm are intended for surface and deeper thermal support. With flexible straps, broad treatment coverage, and high LED density, the NerveBeam is designed for freeform placement across multiple body regions in both clinic and provider-guided home-use workflows.
Key Focus Areas: Pain relief • Circulation support • Tissue warming • Muscle relaxation • Stiffness reduction
The NerveBeam may be applied over joints, muscle groups, and other targeted regions to help temporarily relieve minor muscle and joint pain while supporting comfort during broader care plans.
Infrared heat-oriented light therapy may be used to elevate tissue temperature and temporarily improve local blood circulation in targeted treatment areas, especially where warming and relaxation are desired.
The wrap is designed to promote muscle relaxation, reduce tightness, and relieve stiffness, making it a useful adjunct before mobility work, stretching, or recovery-oriented care.
With flexible straps and broad-surface coverage, the NerveBeam can be incorporated into provider-guided clinic-to-home routines where ongoing comfort, circulation support, and tissue warming are part of the recommended care pathway.
Note: All use should be determined by the supervising clinician and adapted to the treatment area, patient tolerance, and overall care plan. Follow all device instructions and safety guidance in the user manual.

I have a vertebral disc pushing against nerves to my feet. Not pain but a numbness. I am making progress using this foot bath and also infrared light treatments. Two things- The manual talks about Programs A and B but does not tell us the treatment switches from A to B at the 15" point of the 30" session. Can be startling. Secondly, I cannot use the included tablets because I avoid aloe; but they are spendy anyway and I take oral supplements anyway. And I buy my Epsom salt in bulk for a much better price.

It works well after several days use for reducing or eliminating (temporarily) sharp pains in feet. I used it for 30 days as suggested and now use it about 3 days a week or whenever pains return. When my Brother-in-Law said he had similar pains I purchased another Foot Bath for him and, so far, he says he is experiencing similar pain relief.

I bought this for our son who has foot neuropathy resulting from chemotherapy. He reports that having used it once, he didn't need his pain meds the next morning. After several days of use he has halved his pain meds and is able to go longer without them. He and his doctor are excited to see what continued use of this brings.

My husband is the primary user of foot bath. He is having some relief but too early to know for sure. I think a option for heated water would be more comfortable to soak in, the water cools off quickly.

My husband has foot neuropathy in both feet. Foot doctor didn't give him much advise on what he can do about it. He's tried different creams but they didn't help. I saw this, read the reviews and surprised him with it. He rolled his eyes! He uses it 3 or 4 times a week and says his feet are feeling better. Notices the difference on the days he can't use it. Only thing is, he's a big man and the little bucket is barely big enough.
